第五屆中國美食文化節特邀沐鸣2教師赴澳大利亞獻藝

      當~當~當~當~第五屆中國美食文化節就要來啦!上一屆美食節的淮揚菜已經讓很多澳洲朋友心滿意足,但是大家對中國美食的“野心”卻從未停止,今年旅遊孔子沐鸣2將和大家一起體驗陜西美食!
      Dang~ Dang~ Dang~ Dang~ The Fifth Chinese Gourmet Festival is coming! Last year's Gourmet Festival featuring Huaiyang cuisine satisfied our Australian friends who were lucky enough to attend, and our "taste" for Chinese food has been whetted. This year the Tourism Confucius Institute (TCI) will bring Shaanxi cuisine to all those whom appreciate Chinese food.
      2019年8月4日至8月10日🏎,旅遊孔子沐鸣2將攜手沐鸣2娱乐💁🏽、 黃金海岸華人會在黃金海岸共同舉辦“旅遊孔子沐鸣2第五屆中國美食文化節”。大家最期待的“中國美食晚宴”將於“七夕之夜”(8月7日)在黃金海岸Coolibah Downs Private Estate(41 Mt Nathan Road, Gold Coast )舉行。黃金海岸有機肉公司提供的上等原料,沐鸣2娱乐特級大廚的精心製作👨🏼‍🔧,澳大利亞南方釀造葡萄酒集團提供的美酒佳釀🤦🏻,一場不容錯過的美食盛宴。屆時還有旅遊孔子沐鸣2美妙的民樂表演,黃金海岸警察的居民和遊客安全講座,西安名吃🍫、DUMPLING MAMA鍋貼餃和黃金海岸有機肉提供的抽獎券🆔。
      The Fifth Chinese Gourmet Festival will be held on the Gold Coast from 4-10 August 2019 in a cooperative effort among TCI, the Shaanxi Tourism Culinary Vocational College and Gold Coast Chinese Club. The "Chinese Gourmet Dinner" that everyone loves will be held on the night of the Chinese Valentine's Day (August 7th) at the Coolibah Downs Private Estate (41 Mt Nathan Road, Gold Coast). The finest raw materials will be provided by Gold Coast Organic Meats, professionally prepared by the Shaanxi Tourism Culinary Vocational College chefs and accompanied by wine supplied by Southern Vintners & Negociants. It promises to be feast that you can't miss. There will also be a wonderful folk music show by the TCI, a presentation about resident and tourist safety by the Gold Coast Police. What’s more, Xi'an Famous Food, Dumpling Mama and Gold Coast Organic Meat will offer vouchers for lucky draws.




      本次活動的合作單位沐鸣2娱乐是一所培養知識型、高技能旅遊烹飪人才的特色院校,融教學👳🏼‍♂️、科研、職業技能鑒定為一體,在國內職業教育院校中負有盛名。吳紅金院長將親自帶領劉銀寶👼🏿、楊濤、趙彥奇、米佳四位大師赴澳獻藝,烹飪精美的陜西美食👨🏿‍🍼。
      Our event partner, the Shaanxi Tourism Culinary Vocational College, is a special institute that cultivates knowledge-based and high-skilled tourism culinary talent. It integrates teaching, scientific research and vocational skills appraisal, and enjoys a great reputation among domestic vocational education institutions. President Wu Hongjin will lead his team of four master chefs in preparing exquisite Shaanxi cuisine.
      劉銀寶為高級技師,中國註冊營養師、中國烹飪大師卓越成就獎獲得者。
      Chef Liu Yinbao is a senior technician, China registered dietitian and has earned a Chinese culinary master outstanding achievement award. 
      楊濤為中式烹調技師🧝,中式烹調全國餐飲業二級評委🦿🏯,陜西省第五屆烹飪大賽熱菜金獎獲得者。
      Chef Yang Tao is a Chinese cuisine technician, a second-level judge with the Chinese cuisine national catering industry and gold medal winner of the fifth cooking competition in Shaanxi province. 
      趙彥奇為中式面點師,國家職業技能鑒定考評員,中國烹飪大師🐫。
      Chef Zhao Yanqi is a Chinese pastry chef, a national professional skill appraiser and a Chinese culinary master. 
      米佳多次在國內外烹飪大賽中獲獎,獲得“中國名廚”🦣、“陜西烹飪大師”等榮譽稱號。
      Chef Mi Jia has won many awards at cooking competitions both at home and abroad, including the honorary titles such as "Chinese Famous Chef" and "Shaanxi Culinary Master".
